My traditional work focuses on portraits of women, expressing their beauty through pattern and design. Using all types of mixed media such as acrylic, oil, marker, color pencil, charcoal, and digital art. A lot of the art is inspired by my many travels, the Art Nouveau movement, Poetry, Art History, Surrealist & fantasy portraits, Jazz, and Mythology. The work is often described as sincere, fantastical, and full of motion with themes of death, beauty, and spirituality.
